Router/Server possible port forward question
I have been running an apache server on my home internet by itself for the past couple of weeks. But now I want to use the internet on my computer as well so I have connected the internet through a linksys router. Is there a way to forward requests to my server in the router settings? It seems like the requests get hung up when they hit the router and everything times out. Please help or try and point me in the right direction.

The make/model of the router would be a big help.
Visit www.portforward.com and you can access a tutorial on port forwarding for almost any router and any application.
