various network issues
hi
i have a few issues the first one is i am a member of 2 networks one is a wireless which i receive internet connection from, the other is wired to router by my PC which has no internet. I have windows set up to share the internet from connection 1 with connection 2 using my pc as a range extender basically. although we manged to access internet using connection 2 yesterday it now wont connect to the internet. we are both connected to the respective networks i have disabled all my firewalls but we still have no internet on network 2. the other things i would like help with is being able to only share files on one network not both. only fire walling the internet connection (currently using comodo firewall) and is it possible to use the router as a range extender with out having to use my pc as a proxy. Thank you for your time |

Re: various network issues
Start, Run, CMD to open a command prompt:
Type the following command: IPCONFIG /ALL Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter. Paste the results in a message here. If you are on a machine with no network connection, use a floppy, USB disk, or a CD-RW disk to transfer a text file with the information to allow pasting it here.
