Automating adding network drives and printers
Hello and Good morning all,
I would like to create something (i am envisioning a script) which when run will record the details of each mapped network drive (with 'reconnect at logon' = true) AND each mapped network printer. This data could then be dumped into a second script? I would then like to be able to use this (second) script to replace the mapped drives/printers after a windows profile has been reset or a pc rebuilt. Currently I am writing down all these details before i reset the profile/rebuild the PC and having to manually add them back in after. Does anybody have/know of a script/freeware tool which I can use to accomplish this? Any help would be much appreciated Cheers Scott |
