remote desktop and video playback
Hello,
I am able to remote desktop into my Windows XP Pro computer and play back a video with decent quality using VLC media player. Realplayer also plays videos remotely but when I try to skip around the video frame will not refresh. All attempts with other players result in a black screen. Does anybody know what VLC is doing differently, or can somebody point me to a more technical documentation as to what RDP is doing to handle video display? Thanks, GK |
