Blocking certain program off router?

Is there a way to block off a certain program off a DSL router(Verizon GT704WG). My friend uses Limewire and slows up the connection for me and him and he doesn't believe me when i tell him that alot of those files have viruses on em so is there anyway to block the program from being access on this router connection.

Well, you can block his Internet access until he sees the light. You can also just buy separate ISP accounts.
