The Ultimate Wireless Icon Answer Thread...
Are you like me, and you hate thost STUPID STUPID STUPID STUPID STUPID...
little icons in system tray that you can't figure out what they are trying to tell you!!! UGGGHHH!!!!!!!!!!! ![]() Well, I need some answers and Im sure a lot of other people want them too... What exactly do these things mean!?!?! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And what does it mean, when these two: ![]() ![]() keep flashing back and forth for a while...it seems when the little box in the icon is blue, the connection is not working right, and web pages and downloads will mess up...and when the icon is like this: ![]() Everything is working great. No problems I dont think... And, whats the difference between these, ![]() and ![]() As you can see, they look almost identical, except the "wireless wave" things are different colors. In the first picture the wireless wavies are kind of grey and the second one the wireless waves are green!!! MADNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Anyway, I want to know how to read these mysterios heiroglyphic meanings so I can trouble shoot and stuff. thanks.

Re: The Ultimate Wireless Icon Answer Thread...
I think
this one means the pc is transmitting data back to the router, like for example when you connect to a website.

Re: The Ultimate Wireless Icon Answer Thread...
Normally, if you move the mouse pointer over them, a popup will tell you want they mean.
