where is the problem ??? any body can solve this one...
Hi All
i m new guy here, i am facing problem to one of our customer. the mail server is in US and customer accesing his mail from india. He is not able to send the mail from his outlook mail client or better to say any mail client, but he can access his mails via browser. the problem is that while sending & receiving mails outlook takes too much time about 3 to 5 min to send or receive the simple mail without attachment. I am beloangs to one of ISP i have 2 upper carrier ISP connection. but same problem occur from both ISP network. customer told me that he can access his mail from other ISP other than Mine. i personally check that and i found that outlook is working ok on other ISP . but when same outlook configured machine i connected to my network it gives time out message, i.e. " The operation timeout or waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) Server. but from other ISP it working ok. so customer told that it is not problem of mail server. now from my side i have check the delay time also and from other ISP where outlook is working fine, the delay time is about 290 to 310 ms from both ISP. i m not getting where is the main problem ???? as from my network the delay time is within 300 msec. and also from other ISP where outlook works fine is also about 290 msc. so if any one can tell me where is the problem. Thanks in advanced..... |
