Ma111 v.1 blue screen of death fix

I have been to Netgears site with no luck any help would be great. My wife unplugged from my sons computer. When I plugged it back in Blue Screen Of Death??? tried uninstalling drivers and reinstalling them what gives?

What error does it give you? How far into the boot process does the BSOD appear? Have you tried booting into safe mode? What OS are you running?

boot_spool_ header error i believe is what it says on BSOD tried booting into safe mode and can't get the up arrows to work to get to safe mode. WinXp pro with service pack 2
