Dial up issues
Ok heres the problem...Everytime I connect to the internet it shows that im connected but it will not load up any pages or even Yahoo Messenger. But it still shows that im connected. IE just keeps showing the same Page Cannot Be Displayed page whenever i try to go to a site. And this has been going on for a couple of weeks now. Ive called the ISP about it and they came to the conclusion I need to reinstall Windows. If anyone else has any suggestions please let me know, thanx!

Re: Dial up issues
Are you using Dial up or broad band? I see in your header that it is dial up, (but not sure). Did you go to the control panel, phone/modem and test your modem?
