slow network,internet problem

since 2 or 3 week my network has an internet connection problem. sometime i have internet, sometime it cannot show the page. so i call my internet provider and everything seems goods on her side but he told me that my internet connection is a 100 % of utilisation. so i think i have something that sending or receiving. how can i found what is going wrong and with computer

Download WireShark and do some sniffing at a common point, say a hub where the Internet access is connected.

You're looking for one particular IP address that is using all the bandwidth. Just scroll through the WireShark listing and see who's hogging the bandwidth. Another way to isolate this issue is disconnect computers a couple at a time until the problem goes away.
