[SOLVED] Losing Internet Connection

Hello guys,

I have recently set up a wireless network to access the internet around the house, everything was working fine until yesterday, now on one computer once it connects to the network you can only access the internet for about a minute max before it simply won't get through (The computer is still connected to the router), previously I could connect to the internet for as long as I needed it and another computer on the same network can also access the internet.

I am using a Netgear wireless Router (WGR614)
And a Netgear wireless card (WG311).

If anyone could help that would be great

Thanks.

Re: Losing Internet Connection

Hi, and welcome to TSF!

If you hardwire the computer to the router, do you still loose your connection? Are there any other computers on the network that you can test?

Re: Losing Internet Connection

Well it seems that the problem's solved itself, it turns out that the channel of the router was changed, and somehow that caused the problem, anyway, it's been changed back now, and it seems to be working fine. Thank you very much for helping out Matt.
