Hi,
When my router is on and connected for about 4 horus it gets incredably slow. On my Windows Vista computer it does not work at all after a while. I have 2 computers and 1 laptop. Were not always downloading but its always that same. Any Ideas on what i can do? Thanks Jay. |

Re: Slow Internet
If you're running P2P applications, this is a known issue with many routers. They open lots of connections and saturate the limited memory for connection tables in the router.

Re: Slow Internet
This is wierd, but I'll give you some suggestions. This is basically just general maintenance as I have no clue what could be wrong here >_<.
1. Update Firmware on Router 2. Add security to your network, you may not be using P2P software, but someone leaching off your network may be. 3. It could be malware. |

Re: Slow Internet
Hey Color (I aint saying all your name, although it would have by now)
![]() The router is updated automatically from the maker (BT) I cannot choose when it is. I have setup a wep key, so no one can be leaching off it. There is no traces of malware on any computers. |
