Reconfiguring my adapter???
I recently had to install a new hard drive onto my Dell Inspiron 600m. I'm currently trying to have it connected to my wireless router. Linksys, my wireless router, claims that in installing my new HDD, I have to have my Dell adapter card reconfigured to connect wirelessly to my Linksys router. Does anyone know how I would go about reconfiguring my adapter? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Reconfiguring my adapter???
Hi again Patrick. I've moved your thread into networking cos I think the people here will be better able to deal with it.

Re: Reconfiguring my adapter???
Does the laptop have the wireless adapter properly installed with no errors in Device Manager? When you search for wireless connections, do you see your router? What happens if you attempt to connect? Can you connect the laptop to the router with a cable connection successfully?
