Question about CDP
Is CDP a protocol that switches use as well?
I managed to brute force this... device, at umm... a place... >>... one day lol. And I got into terminal configuration and I enabled CDP. From there, I went back into privileged mode and I used the "Show cdp neighbors" command. The response was a number of devices, so cdp obviously worked after that. But, all in all, the question is if CDP (Cisco discovery protocol) also a switch protocol? |
