GoToMyPc Video

I recently bought a tv tuner and pluged the security camera in my shop to it and was able to watch it on my computer. I also subscriced to Gotomypc.com so I could remotly view my shop, but i pull the program up and it is working on the main computer but the remote computer just shows a black screen. I was wondering if anyone could suggest away to fix this or possibly another remote service to use to view it.

Thanks

Re: GoToMyPc Video

Most remote screen applications won't show video that is controlled by Direct-X, since that video is not sent through the standard Windows screen interface. You may need to use different software to view the screen remotely. Of course, since we dcon't know the version of Windows, or the make/model of any of the equipment, this is just a general comment.
