Every time the conection go down I must do the same. But yesterday the upgrade proccess not finished. The status led is lighting too fast and the upgrade soft tell me that router crash. I need help please because the router is of a friend of mine and I broke. What can I do? I probe tftp upgrade but tells me that is an incorrect file I think the file that is in the memory of the router because with more than one firmwares tells me the same.

Re: PLease...I have a big bad trouble
so the firmware upgrade didnt finish the last time you went to upgrade? if so, then thats not good... i dont know if there is a way to get it back to default. i am going to go look around for a little while on that model of router and see what i can find.
i cant find anything on it. can you get to the router at all? also, it seems that the ports going down is a common problem. it says that sometimes upgrading the firmware will fix it, but for about 5-10% of the routers with the problem, it does nothing. so you may have had a bad router to begin with. if you cant get to the router at all, then try power cycling it. if that doesn't work, then you may have killed it. honestly, im not that sure about firmware problems. i just remember always reading not to screw them up, which doesn't really help here. i hope someone comes by that knows more about it than i do.
