Today I clean reinstalled windows on my friends computer, and now with exactly the same settings as before, the wireless connection is behaving ridiculously.
It detects the network fine, and will connect - for less than a second before disconnecting, only to reconnect, again for less than a second. Continually. Two other computers are connecting to the same access point have had no issues. The wireless adaptor is a Netgear WG311v3, with the latest firmware. The access point is foreign, Planet : WAP4030. It's the landlords access point, so we have limited admin privelages for it. Any suggestions would be appreciated Thanks David |
