Internet Working, but Internet really not working...FIGURE THIS ONE OUT!

So I've been working on this one for a good 24 hours straight...and I'm sure its something easy that I just don't see...so here it goes:

After a fresh boot (of my comp) any internet browswer (firefox and IE) will work fine...browsing sites, watching movies, etc. But about 3-7 minutes into browsing, both browswers tell me that they cant connect to the website (any website...google, fark, whatever). Oh and the kicker is that I can pretty much do anything else requiring a network connection...aim, video games, etc.

I do have 2 network cards, so I thought that might be a problem, but I disabled one and tried again. Alas, no success. I thought maybe it was a DNS issue, but when I manually entered my DNS, again failure. I've tried restarting the modem, switching cables, router, no router, and everything in between. Please help me. I just upgraded my computer and everything is working fine except this...I may explode.

Sounds like malware to me. Please post a Hijackthis log.
