Hey guys/gals
Was wondering if you could help me out a little ![]() Problem: My internet dissconnects me randomly and from what I can see...no apparent reason ![]() My solution: openning Network Connections, dissableing the connection, then re-enabling it and it works fine...untill the next dissconnect (1min-2hrs.) I have tried drivers, uninstalling/reinstalling, bypassing router and going straight from modem...nothing seems to work so im guessing it has to be something to do with my computer. I am using the port on my DFI Lan party ut ultra-d motherboard and going through a motorola BR700 router. Any help would be greatly appreciated and if it will fix my problem I am willing to reformat. P.S. this setup worked fine for a long time untill something went wrong, just dont know what Thanks again ![]() |

Re: Internet, no internet, internet...
When it disconnects, let's see this:
Start, Run, CMD to open a command prompt: Type the following command: IPCONFIG /ALL Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter. Paste the results in a message here.

Re: Internet, no internet, internet...
Hmm... Looks fine, next stop would be a malware/spyware scan.

Re: Internet, no internet, internet...
formatted my computer, even took out my second hard drive incase it was interfering with something, and still no luck Might not be my computer? The other computer on the router works fine. I guess next I have to try a new cable? The one im using now is about 100ft. long and weaves its way around the house, so I gotta gather everything in the router room. . |

Re: Internet, no internet, internet...
I'll bet you put the connectors on that cable too, right? I think I'd start by checking the connections for integrity and proper wiring.
