throttling net usage?
ok is there a way to throttle bandwith to a certin machine so it doesnt kill my connection? on my server which is running ubuntu dapper drake (6.06) i just installed azureus and opend the port and just updating killed my conn, is there a way to cut down the bandwith to that machine so the other comps arnt killed via net connections?
and what i mean by killed is net is almost untouchable |
