Reseting Password on wireless router

MY office is currently using this wireless router to share the dsl connection.

it is,

TP- Link Wireless Router WR641G/642G.

only my boss knew the password but now he's forgotten it. i told him reseting the router would be an option but he doesn't want to got to the hassle of reconfiguring the router again.
Is there a possibility to retrieve the password to the router without reseting it.
