Exclamation Internet Issues

Well my internet and computer i have had for over 2 years without any problems, i have a fast new computer with 512 mb ram running windows xp. my internet provider is bell sympatico and it's been good for over a year.

recently when i start up my internet it will be very fast then after 5 minutes it will come to a complete stop or pages will take literally 60+ seconds to load.... it's never gone this slow i just have no idea why...

Hi

What browser are you using, which addons/extensions, toolbars, which AV, AS, firewall?

Have you cleared your browser cache at all?
