Help with port forwarding please.

I'm trying to host games in Warcraft 3, which requires port 6112 to be open. So i set up port forwarding for port 6112 for my ip address and etc, but i still couldnt host games. I went to some website and it said that port 6112 was closed, so i double checked everything and it was all good. Help please? (btw firewall is off)

It could be that your ISP blocks these ports.

If I called them would they be able to unblock these ports?

EDIT: Nevermind it appears that my modem also has a firewall. Thanks anyways.
