network asks to Synchronize

I have a question I made a network under a domain name and one computer always be on off line status for seconds and asks to synchronize again and when I click synchronize it will continue being connected, please explain to me why it’s automatically loss connection with server and ask synchronization to continue? Please give me full information what to do to solve the problem.

Since you provided no information about the environment, it's impossible to say.

Well our network environment is we have two servers one is for domain controller and the other is file server. All user computers are connected to server with in one domain. The thing this user uses AutoCAD and Navis software’s directly connected to server, while he is doing this suddenly the connection goes off for a seconds and message appears on the right corner to synchronize again when I click it, it continues connecting. This happens 5 or 6 times per day. This is strange for me. What I am currently suspect is cable problem, what do you think other problem would be?
