Bit of help guys?
hey guys
bit of a newbie when it comes to understanding exactly how wireless/wired networks work. Got 2 PC's and 1 Laptop (All 3 running off XP Proff) What I want to do is set up 3 usernames, for the 3 people that use the computers. So that we can access our own account and files and custom settings etc on whatever computer were on, rather than having 3 seperate IDs each for each computer. How would I go about learning how to do this? Thanks |

I had a look at roaming profiles, and I get what you mean. What I want to do though is have a profile say for 1 person, let's call him Jason... What I want to do is create 1 Jason useraccount on one computer, but have all the other computers be able to log onto this user profile, meaning user Jason can access any files that he has saved, or any customised settings he's made to windows to appear seamlessly on each computer? Hopefully you get what I mean lol :) |
