Lost Password
I recently took over as secretary for a small church office. I am now having trouble with my internet connection to make a long story short I can not find the password nor does anyone remember it so I can get the wep number to reconnect the wireless network. Is there anyway to rest the password?
Thanks Lisa |

Re: Lost Password
Be very careful if your Internet is provided over DSL.
If you have DSL service and the router is operating in PPPoE mode, then you will loose your Internet connection if you reset the router. If you have DSL, you will need the DSL User Name and DSL Password to reconnect to the Internet! This will need to be configured in the router. If you have cable modem service, this should be a non issues. If you do not know what type of Internet service you have, post the modem make and model back here. Also post the router make and model.
