RESOLVED zyxel wireless issues

I've just bought a new laptop and got a wireless modem/router to go with it. the lappy works just fine, connects to internet, no problem, but I am having issues with my desktop, I got the g202 wireless adapter with the modem and I can seem to get on the internet, like email, but I can't connect to the internet itself through IE7, also the connection seems to keep dropping. I've looked through the instructions for the modem, but they seem in another language. do you have any suggestions? I would also like to know how to make it a secure network.

thanks

Re: zyxel wireless issues

You should try another browser like Firefox. IE7 has some issues still, so it could be that.

To set the router, type the router's IP (probably 192.168.1.1) into a browser's address bar and log on. You should be able to set MAC address filtering and WEP encryption there.

Re: zyxel wireless issues

Try starting in "safemode with networking" to eliminate firewall and A/V settings and post back
