Very Slow Connection
The past few days I have been noticing that my internet connection has been lagging. This has been on all my computers at home. Its too the point that almost every web page I visit times out or the page loads with errors or doesn't competely load. During the morning hours it seems to be fine but then late afternoons into the evening (past few days) has been annoying. I'm hesitant to pay my bills online afraid that I might input my account info and then it times out on me. Any ideas????

DSL or Cable Modem??
It may be a problem with your provider and the signal level between the ISP and your home?? Go to www.speakeasy.net/speedtest and run a speed test to the closest server to you. Post the info back for review. Then power down all your equipment, modem, router, computer. Restart, run a speed test again and see if things improve. JamesO |
