"limited or no connectivity" WIRELESS - HP Nx 7400 l
Hi
I am getting "limited or no connectivity" on my new HP Nx 7400 laptop when trying to connect to my home wireless network. Signal strenght is very good. The same problem even when WEP is turned off (unsecured network). Tried setting different MHz bandwidths on the router - no luck. Any tips? Thanks! |

Hi,
Take your laptop to a WiFi coffee shop or some place like that and see if this happens when you try to connect to another network. Also, right click on the wireless network adapter icon in the system tray and select repair and see if that fixes it. In addition, turn off any MAC address filtering on the router. I have moved you to networking support.

This happens for me when the ISP renews the leased IP for my account. (About every 60 days).
Try turning off your router for a few seconds. Turn it back on and see if you can reconnect to the internet. Good luck. |
