- well actually im looking for a tool which will help me monitor and maintain our small network (which has 24 nodes + 2 Win03 server which also has a connection to the internet) and aid in troubleshooting incase problem occurs.

This is a utility to monitor and troubleshoot your network with things such as traffic problems or routing issues. It requires a rather advanced technical background. Let me see if there are some other tools. I would encourage you to read the documentation on the tool to see if it is what you want.
