How to limit bandwidth on XP 64bit?
Hi,
I would like to limit the bandwidth on my Win XP 64bit for individual programs. The only software which I found for this is NetLimiter. I've had a few problems with it plus now they want my money :) Is there any other program that I can use?? Even trial ones. (It's amazing how they barely have anything for 64bit!!!) with great anticipation, John. |
