horrible connection, please halp

My connection has been really bad lately. It's slow whenever I download, surf, or play online games.

I have 3 computers on the same network, so at first I thought that was the problem, but it doesn't get any better whenever the others aren't running.

Whenever I play Counter-Strike, I get 200-300 ping, usually resulting in an automatic kick from servers. I don't have any viruses/spyware, I scan my computer every day.

System Specs

CPU: AMD Athlon X2 5200+
Memory: 2046 GB
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 7600GT

I'm pretty sure it's not my computer causing the problems. If you have any ideas or other questions, please reply.

What is your internet connection subscription?

Try running a test or two on your connection speed by going to one or more of the following sites and report the results:
