knda new need help with internet

Hey
i just built a new computer and i need to get the internet, i want to have wireless or highspeed. this is the part that i need some info about. Please help.
i dont know if u need what my computer is but here it is.
DFI infinity sli nf4 motherboard
western digital 250 GB harddrive
AMD 64 Athlon 3800+ processor
ATI all in wonder graphics card 800XL
Buffalo 1GB memory
