Upload on Router, Download on a Different

This may be a dumb question, but if I have 2 internet connections, with two separate routers, is it possible to only upload through one, and only download through the other? If so, how?

No way that I can think of off-hand.

You could spend some $$ on a router that supports load balancing, but even then it would not upload on A and download on B.
