Please Help to Network This
for the past some months we had been using the router installed in building to connect few PCs of or building, we use cable net on PPPOE, since we dont need Ip to connect to the internet, we were able to change our ip adress and run DC++ server using the local router using ip range 192.168.0.x
Since a couple of our friends have moved to another building, is there anyway we can still stay connected and use Dc++ even when the Internet is down as we did earlier (They still use the same network but different switches are installed in all the buldings). As I think 192.168.0.X cannot be used to connect to PCs outside the local network, what is the way out. Help wil be highly appreciated |
