Consolidating servers

I have three old servers, each with up to 7 small drives which I'd like to consolidate to one server (or perhaps a network attached storage device, as the servers are only used for filesharing).

Is it possible to, in some way, replicate all the different paths/addresses of the existing drives?

I have lots of Mac Quark files with linked graphics, and Access databases with linked tables and would like to be able to preserve the paths, e.g.

\\server1\foldername1\file1

\\server2\foldername2\file2 ... etc

Well, if you install a larger server with enough resources, you can run a number of servers in virtual machines. This is the way that many large companies service multiple servers.
