Hi, I'm also new to this forum. I have the same problem with my Belkin wireless network. I have a Desktop PC connected via cable to the wireless router and a laptop using the wirless connection. Both computers can utilise the internet via the routers built in ADSL modem. However, when I try to access a shared file, a message stating that the Workgroup is unavailable and to contact the Administrator is displayed. When I view the LAN connections at the router, I can see the Laptop appear in the connections list as it boots up. Also tried lots of MS troubleshooting but to no avail.....Help somebody!!...please

Even though it appears you're having the same problem, please start a new thread when you have a new issue. It's very difficult to keep two problems straight and who's working on what in a single thread. I've created a new thread for your issue here. Thanks for your cooperation.
