Smile A Domain migration problem

Hi,

I recently migrated from a domain to a new domain. I have had all the usual solvable teething problems but I have found one really frustrating problem. I have tried many things to try and solve this problem but cant. If anyone can help or have any suggestions please post. I shall explain the problem now: I moved the printers on the network to a new server and all seemed to be running fine until I added one user to their printers and was shot an error message - "you do not have sufficient access to your computer to connect to the selected printer" - I can add the printer with admin rights but it will not print and does not pick up the port IP address when you right click it and go to - properties - ports. I can ping the printer fine though. This is really frustrating and confusing. Please help us!

Thanks in advance for any help.

Remove all the printers with cleanspl.exe
This is found in the Win2003 resource kit.
Please follow the instructions for using this utility written by Bruce Sanders, MS-MVP Printing:
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm

Then add the printers anew with the Add Printer Wizard.

Why do you have to do this? Because your Domain SID has changed.
