Cry Small but nagging wireless&LAN problem.....

i have a small LAN consist of 20 pcs in a small village
i have a speedtouch router that i have but in a nother town nearby about 6 kilometers away from my town -because of a phone line problem i cant put a router in my town- the i connect it wirelessly with the wirelss router in the other town and the one in my own town .
the problem is that the internet in the pcs -connected to my network - stop connecting to the internet every couple of minutes and i have to change the private ip -192.168.x.x - or right click on the little tow computers next to the clock at the down right of the screen and click "repair"
this problem is very nagging and causing me to lose clients
and one other thing that is troubling me is that when i install a windows 2003 server on one of the computers and make it a LAN server it always gets the virous that makes it shutdown every few seconds and then the windows crashes and i have to remove the server

thanks for your patience and sorry for my bad english
waiting for your responde

If all the machines stop connecting, I'd be looking for a common issue, which would seem to be the local router. Of course, we don't have enough data to really make a judgment. Do ALL the clients disconnect at the same time? What is the specific make/model of the local equipment? How do you link wirelessly to the router 6km away? What is the make/model of the wireless link and the equipment on both ends? Have you tried to determine if the link is being broken between the to towns when the clients disconnect?
