I've been getting a really high ping while playing online games lately, and i can't work out what's causing it, but i figured it must be something to do with my internet connection, because i have made no major changes to my computer lately, its free of viruses, trojans, spyware etc, and i've been playing online games for ages now and the problems only just arrisen its a wireless ADSL connection, 1 meg, and i connect to it with a wireless PCI network adapter
