1 out of several that can not see a printer

I have a computer that can't see a network printer. Everyone else can, but this one can't. Also intermittently pinging the IP address will give me a 75% loss meaning 1 packets makes it, but the rest don't. The rest of my pings get a 100% loss. I'm confused and don't know where to go from here.

Any suggestions?

You obviously have a transport issue. I'd start by describing the network architecture. Is this a domain or a workgroup? What are you pinging when you experience the packet loss, another workstation, or an Intenet site?
