Hub Resets.......

Hello, i am connected to the internet with a cable modem and have 2 other pc's going through mine(ics) using an old pinnacle ethernet 10base t-hub.

I have no problem with the internet from my machine but evry few mins all the pc's on the network get "a network cable is unplugged " message in the task bar and when this happens the hubs lights all flash at the same time and go red.

It looks like its resetting itself or something but im not sure,it is old and could be broken but i have had it without probs for a few years.

Any opinions as to what it might be would be appreciated.

(p.s. i am ordering a linksys 4 port hub with vpn in hope this will sort it out.....comments???)

I'd consider a broadband router, it's a much better way to share the Internet than using ICS. Broadband routers are dirt cheap nowadays...
