Recal DAP 6300 TA won't connect to the internet.

Hello good people,

Please assist, as my TA connects to the remote computer and when it gets to the password/username verification it hangs for about 20sec. and then a response stating " the remote computer hung up" will display.

I'm using XP SP2 and below is the latest modem log:
