help with verizon dsl
i dont know what to say... i just recieved my verizon DSL package and i started to use the installation CD. im on the third step where it says that it will test my connection to its server. whenever im on this step it like freezes... it just keeps saying to wait until its done connecting and i've been at longest waited 2 hours. did i do something wrong? does anyone know of sometrhing that i might have done wrong or has this ever happened to anybody? i know the setup for verizon dsl is known for being the easiest and supposed to be idiot proof but i guess im just the exception =) any suggestsions or answers would be much appriciated thank you
