Not sure how this works or if I am doing it right
I recently upgraded from dial up to DSL. I have been trying to download from Poilt and it won't connect. I have tried to do everything the site has told me to do, but still no luck. I know very little about computers and was wondering if anyone could help.

I only found "poilt" as a misspelled version of "pilot" on the websites I found.
