Verizon DSL - defective gateway
We have Verizon DSL and the gateway quit. Verizon sent us a new one. Do we need to reinstall the software? If so, do we need to uninstall first? Doesn't seem to work by justing "plugging" it in.

It should, but we need to know the exact make/model of the gateway and what software you installed.
