How do I open ports?
I use a file sharing application called emule and recently it hasn't been working correctly. My download speed has been slow or non-existent.
In the connection settings, in emule, I did a port test and failed the test. Emule requires these ports to be open: # 4662 TCP # 4672 UDP # 4711 TCP How do I check if these ports are open? If they aren't open then how do I open them? Incedentally, I don't use a router. I use a speedtouch 330 broadband modem. Thanks for any help!

cdfreelancer,
You should know better than this. We do not help with P2P applications. http://www.techsupportforum.com/rules.php This thread is closed.
