RCA/Thompson DCM315
Greetz, all...
I'm renting/ranting a RCA/Thompson DCM315, and I'm getting "Received Signal Strength: N/A" on the diagnostics page. Does anyone else get this? I'm trying to determine whether or not the modem is defunct (or if there a bug in the software). I've looked it up, but the RCA site states that my ISP is supposed to support it. I've looked it up on my ISP's site, and found nothing. If it _is_ a bug in the software, is there a fix for it yet? (my current version is ST31.04.00) I'm having connection problems at different intervals, and not being able to get a reading on the signal is annoying... :jump2: thx, WizLayer
