speedtouch 330 problems

Ok my isp is pipex and things where fine but i needed to use computer and relatives house and had to use there AOL account but since then iv been getting droped from games and some time modem fails to connect to games im running norton 2006 but its then same with it turned of i beleve this is the modem driver??<i had to install a aol driver for the modem but uninstalled it after >any ideas?

the other isp must have different setting for that modem try call aol
