pcAnywhere - Authentication failed

pcAnywhere is used for remote control of a computer. Remote control can be done once.... afterwards no connection possible [error : authentication failed within time frame]. New connection can only be done [once] after reboot of host computer. Any suggestions?

Look at host options, if setup to run "as service" uncheck it. This will eliminate need for reboot of host but will require starting "Host". This may help.
